Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation, Return and Refund for items bought online either in Stock or as Pre-Order, are not allowed.

Custom made items can be cancelled or changed, and you can receive a full refund if the request is received prior to the start of production. Production start times are variable, so you will need to contact our customer service department to determine the status of your order; If you'd like to change your custom made order, reach out to customer service.
